Realistic Apartment

Could somebody make an apartment with like a whole bunch of rooms maybe 20-30ish with a small playground .

Would one have to have AL? I don't have AL and I make my own apartments. Just a question.

you could make a residential apartment then with AL i could convert it into a real apartment :)
