Help!I never see the housemate!

Hi to all..

I just need a little help here..

When my sim is sharing an apartment with a housemate, he/she(the housemate) never appear on the lot..

I don't know why..

Where is the housemate?

And after playing the lot for a little while, all my neighbors from the apartment building disappear and when I click on the neighbor's door, it says 'Unique separator'..

Anyone knows what is going on with my housemate and neighbors?

I don't use any Inteen..:study:
