Inge's reservable crib has an option for toddlers to get out of the crib by themselves. If you later reassign the crib to a baby and don't reset the option, the baby will get out of the crib when the diaper needs changed. Freaked me out the first time I saw it.

I know about toddlers getting out and hacks, but it was an infant imatating a toddler. A lil mishap...
