Can't find Bodyshop to open
OrangeSlice89:
I searched parts of the forum, trying to see if I could find an answer to help me.. But all I have found is Bodyshop crashing threads.
I can't open bodyshop at all... I deleted the short cuts a day ago, and restored them but it still won't work. I deleted them because they weren't working so I had planned to just restore the shortcut. But it hasn't worked. Should I reinstall the Sims 2? I have only had it on my new computer for a few days, so I don't have much to lose.. help please!
EKozski:
Go to Program Files/EAGames/The Sims 2/CSBin
Right click on TS2BodyShop-Send to Desktop/Create Shortcut.
If you have any EP's, follow those directions and look for your latest EP folder and do the same thing.
miros1:
Actually, if you have EPs, just do it for the newest EP, not for the base game...
OrangeSlice89:
I don't have any EPs installed right now.
I went to Program Files, EA Games, Sims 2, CSBin. There is no icon for bodyshop. There is just an icon that says 1.0.0.932, and icon that says PackageInstaller, and the properties.txt icon. I double clicked the package installer, but I just get the 'double click a custom content to install' message. Sorry if I am misunderstanding something simple!
I have about 3 shortcuts for bodyshop on my desktop, but none in the CSBin.
