Can't get into it!!!

I have some problems with 2 community lots I've downloaded from somewhere.
I did installed them perfectly with the sims2 pack clean installation. They appeared in my game. However, I cannot get into the lots. It took me so long that I decided to quit the game...T-T

So, If anyone knows what i did wrong or how to solve the problem,
PLEASE tell me and I will appreciate it...

If I can't get into a lot, it means that the builder used something from an EP you don't have.

Best piece of advice is, bulldoze it and delete it from your bin.

I had/have problems like that from a lot builder at TSR. He/she bulit a base game house. And, I have up to OFB. Now, you'd think I could play the house....nope. It crashed my game. It was something or some way the house was built.
