The sunflower mansion is a large lot. it has 5 bedroom's 5 bathroom's a game's room a gym. a large pool area, 2 gazebo's and 4 parking spaces under one gazebo there is a hot tub the other has a bbq and a seating area.
has been landscaped has lot's of sunflowers. 2 bedrooms have been decorated as nursery's one is in pink one is in blue, the other 2 rooms have been decorated to suit teen girls and child girls and the other for male teens and boys. and the 5th room is the master bedroom. the bathrooms are large with lot's of privacy for your sims. does have some cc but very little of it. i want to thank alias for the brilliant smooth edgers. and parsimonious for the fence and pool table.
