Whenever I am about to load the neighbourhood on my game I get an error. Each time it says "Application has crashed. Application will now terminate." Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I am looking for a gothic Hairy Male skintone. I believe It is by Marvine and beosboxboy. I can't find the thread and I lost the download when my comp recently crashed. Someone Help.
