Heya everyone!

I'm learning slowly but surely.  Today I have for you my wings mesh for Children sims.  They have been sized down appropriately so they don't look overwhelming on the little kids.  I have not yet figured out how to get them to work on toddler's yet, but I'm not giving up.  Although I am taking a break from it because it was driving me a little crazy.


Just as before, two meshes are available, one with the wings outstretched for flight and one with the wings folded down for rest.

They are available in the same colors as the other set:  White, Cream, Black, Red, and the base Parrot recolor.  They are fully recolorable.

They are wearable with other accessories and they also will stay on your sim no matter what category of clothing they are wearing.

Hi People!

I loved winged Sims as much as the next guy, but something always bothered me about them.  Most of the ones available are either flat as paper or move to artificially.  So for a while now I've longed for some wings that would make me happy.  Then one day a few weeks ago I had a brain storm!  (Dangerous, I know!)  I decided to go into the game files, steal the Parrot that came with the Pets EP, hack it's wings off and somehow attach them to a sim.

You can imagine my shock when it actually worked!?!?!

So without further ado, I bring you, SynapticSim's Wings Accessory!


As you can see they come in 5 wonderful colors, including the base Parrot color that can open the door for many types of recolors.  And you guessed it, they are fully recolorable.

Something else always bothered me about the wings.  Based on the ones available, you could either have some that were outstretched at all times, OR, you could have some that were folded down at all times.  However, neither of these looked the same, so if you changed from one to the other, it looked like you Sim had suddenly mutated their own wings.  So I decided once I could get the Outstretched Wings working, I'd also create some that were folded down.  Let's face it, if you had wings, wouldn't you get tired holding them out straight at all times?  Therefore, I bring you, SynapticSim's Folded Wings Accessory!


Now, you might still be asking yourself what's so special about these wings?  Well, that's my favorite part!  Some of the wings out there are attached to the sim via a central point on the back, or even assigned to the sims body via the head.  My wings however are assigned seperately to the shoulderblade on each respective side.  What does this mean for you?  When your Sim moves their left arm, the left wing will go in a similar direction, and visa versa.  When in action, it almost looks as if the wings act independently of themselves.  This also means no more wings suddenly shooting through the abdomen of the sim wearing them.  It really must be seen to understand, lol.

Obviously, there isn't a way around the fact that the wings will move through walls, furniture, and even sims.  Sorry, but there's just no way to prevent that.

Heya Squinge and welcome back, good to see you around these parts again.

I was just wondering if you had plans on updating the Hula Dance and More Hack.  It still works fine for me, but I would love to see an update for it as it's probably one of my most used hacks for pictures.

I'm kinda shocked not to see it discussed already and I apologize if I overlooked it.

There is one particular set of animations that I would love to see added that I haven't seen in any other animation hack to date.  The regular pool animations.  In particular the diving animations.  Some of those would be perfect for depicting "flying" or "jumping", etc.  

Just thought I'd throw this out there for you if you get bored some day.

Hi Everyone!

So, a few months back, Marvine and BeosBoxBoy made a fanboy's dream come true and they made a kick-ass Werewolf/Lycan HERE.  Back then I said there would be no female version.  Well, pass me a big 'ole heaping bowl of them words because here she is Ladies and Gents. 

I personally call her my Lycan Bitch for the obvious reason.  I was once involved in an RPG where the existence of female lycans were extremely rare.  Not impossible, but rare.  So when a group of lycans discovered a female who could live through the transformation, they sought to use her as their brood bitch.  What better way to populate the world with lycan offspring than a female to produce a litter?

Knowing that I wanted to see this in-game, I began altering the HBB Werewolf mesh into a female version, and here you have the fruits of that labor.

I owe a huge amount of thanks to Marvine and BeosBoxBoy, not only for the original mesh, but for all the hand-holding and advice-giving during the creation of this mesh.  Muah!  Y'all are the bestest friends a guy could have!

CREDIT should go to Marvine, BeosBoxBoy, and SynapticSim in that order should you use these mesh for your own creations.

Firstly, let me state that even though I'm uploading this, I had no part in the creation of the mesh.  I've just been lucky enough to play with it for the last few weeks, and let me say, it's been a blast.  I just tested it for Marvine and BeosBoxBoy.  The only thing I did do was request the mesh.

I am a HUGE fan of the horror genre, especially underworldly creatures.  I just wasn't satisfied with the werewolves that were available for The Sims 2.  I'm particularly a fan of the movie "Underworld."  And I wanted a Werewolf/Lycan that would compare to those shown in the movie.  Then I found *WARNING BLOOD AND GORE* THIS image by L. D. Austin at DeviantArt, and I knew I had found the perfect shape for the Werewolf.  I fired up my PM Machine and began the request.  I had envisioned this massive werewolf with HBB proportions.

Marvine and BeosBoxBoy birthed this beautiful creation that I'm sharing with y'all today.  The HBB Werewolf!



The Hands and Paws have actual claws, and they actually are reflective too!  The hands are also larger, with amazing knuckle detailing.  And the legs and feet, well, they are just too amazing.  Check out the attached picture for more detail, or better yet, download the mesh and enjoy him in person!  CLICK for More Pics!

Hey everyone!  This mesh is more practical to use for clothing than the other Top & Bottom Mesh.  That particular mesh was created basically for linking skintones to the mesh.  The top will work with most of the Maxis bottoms, although you might see a tiny gap.  I've worked on the UV-Map around the neck area and it should make it easier to recolor (I hope!).

UPDATE:  I've now included a second version of this mesh with slightly smaller arms.  There's not a huge difference, but after looking at the in-game picture, the arms just seem too large.  This is a completely new mesh and will not overwrite the other one.  You can have both of them in your game.  The white undies are included on this one.

W00T!  I really like how these turned out.  The short recolors are modeled after some shorts that I actually own, too bad I don't look like this in 'em, lol!  :toothy5:  Oh, and I don't know exactly how much you can tell from the picture, but those sneakers are NOT just painted on textures, look closely.  In CAS and BodyShop, this clothing will be under the workout category.
