It has taken me a surpringly short time to make Hotaru, mainly because I lifted meshes for the fuku from Chibimoon, and her hair is the least complicated I've ever made.  But don't let the short time to make her think I haven't put much effort in!  Oh hell no!  I think I slave way too much over my custom content.  Oh well!

The accessories can be worn with the Silence Glaive or on their own.

You shouldn't need any expansion packs for everything to work properly.  If you have University expansion pack, the hair will work for Young Adults.  If you don't have that EP, the hair will still work but you won't have Young Adults.

Having problems installing?
A common problem is that when people try to install the Sims2Pack, it tells them they do not have the correct expansion pack.  Yet, I don't use expansion pack files as my bases.  To rectify this, I have been told that using the Sims2Pack Clean Installer can possibly install it without problems.  It can be found at: http://sims2pack.modthesims2.com/

I have finally completed Sailor Chibi Moon, after many fatal errors and whatnot, so she's not perfect but this is the best I can do for now!

Just a little something I was trying out!

To begin my little Sailor Moon collection, I would like to start with Small Lady's princess dress.



Included in this download are:

- Small Lady's princess dress with semi-opaque bow (all categories) - my first ever attempt at adding groups and transparency to a mesh

- Hair clips, earrings, bracelet and forehead moon as one accessory (all categories, wearable with other accessories)

You shouldn't need any expansions for this to work, but I'm not a complete expert so you don't have to trust me!


Extra notes

- The hair in the screenshot is actually of when it was a work in progress, before I had retextured it properly and such.  Since uploading this I have finished the hair and it is now available to download here, along with my Sailor Chibi Moon Sim!

- I'm not an expert at modding The Sims 2, so this upload won't be 100% perfect in every detail.  I'm still a learner ;9

- I should probably mention that I made all content included in this upload, from Maxis bases.
