1  Resident Creators / EP7 Mods / Pet related LTWs?! on: September 30, 2008, 02:09:33 am
I have this mod installed, I had it before, too. One of indispensible ones, of course. And thank you for it!

But I also have question? I cycled trough the LTW (using Pescado's Lot Debugger) and the pet related wants just don't show up.
What's with those wants? Are they in circulation at all?

Perhaps I'm just confused. I hate being confused. It confuses me...

Thank you for a quick reply.
Well, I took a look again at the package, and I observed in both tuning lines of the BCON file sthg called "min value", and in both of them it is 10 (in dec).
Is that value I have to change to my desired value (let's say: 40)?

What about this?
1st "tuning" line: 0x7 0x000A Quantity for x (DEC: 10)
2nd "tuning" line: 0x7 0x0002 Quantity for x (DEC: 2)

Were it not for that value 10 in 1st "tuning" line I'd be happy and wouldn't bother you again...

EDIT: I tested this, with that mentioned value changed to "40" and it appears in game as "Woohoo with 40 diff. Sims". I still didn't test it fully (in the sense that a Sim had acctually had 40 woohoo partners.) Am I doing it right?!

I'd like to know what this does? I'm trying to tune LTWs for my own purposes using your package and I understood the other package (I think). I'd like to know what is being edited in Woohoo.package? Tnx

Well, I created a folder baring your name once again. For NEW downloads, this time Cheesy
It was heartbreaking having to take out one of your mods after another for incompatibility reasons... And you already made me happy by solving some of my new burning problems: no charlatan! Yay! Teens can book vacations! And "lecture" is back too!
What to say, man?! In two words: wellcome back!
5  Resident Creators / EP2 Mods / EP2 Required Community Lot Parties New Inteen Version Available(5/05/06) on: May 11, 2007, 06:08:04 am
This is one of the hacks that changed the way I perceive the game. I depend on it, and mostly for weddings, to the point of forgetting that things aren't that way normally (because it feels so normal to do that!). So I am very saddened by the news of incompability with the new EPs. I depend on it for other very important reason: I play 1x1 lots and there just isn't room for parties there.

Is there any special reason why this isn't compatible - I mean is it forever gone, irreparable, or we just have to be patient and wait?

I am patient... :angel5: ... Just tell me the word, so I could go in peace and postpone wedding parties till further notice. Or turn bureoucratic on my sims - introduce the institution of Marital Office, with a fee, or something else as romantic as that, since my sims can have the wedding on commlot (thank you, Squinge!), but sadly not the fun and satisfaction of throwing a huge party to remember. But I hope, and pray (and I am not even religious in "the real life") that my sims be saved again.
6  Resident Creators / Squinge's Mods / In Testing:Teens To Young Adult Without Going To College on: December 12, 2006, 09:14:23 pm
I'm back, after so long. I had some problems with my hood (NOT with this mod). I did try the conflict detector, and it showed nothing. But I feel free now after some more testing to say that my recomendation is that your teen Sim whom you wish to turn into YA shouldn't be employed. Every other teen that wasn't employed  aged to YA with no problems. I must add so far, cause as I said I had to recover my hood and, with my job, I didn't have much time to play around with my new YAs. But they are still YA, and are able to go on com lots, buy chlotes, go to classes (with sem tester) and everything else.

Thank you, Squinge, for this mod. It is GREAT!!! I LOVE it!
7  Resident Creators / Squinge's Mods / still problems with aging! (no EP4) on: December 01, 2006, 12:58:39 am
OK, I've read this thread for the fourth time now I guess, I've been following the  advancement of this mod, but am ashamed to say I never tested it up to now. Now I have a hood where I want to have my own University (in base hood), and hence the need for this.
I have EP1-EP3, nothing else (patch 1 for OFB, I think, too). Everything went well at first. I moved in Ivy Copur and some male teen Sim (can't remember which) with Insim (Add To Household option). Ivy quit her teen job before aging to YA, and the male didn't. They both aged, college timer was still freezed (I didn't start the class on the semester tester, but I did press the "validate skill gates" or something like that on the sem. tester for Ivy only - sorry for my bad memory...). After only couple of hours the male (now YA in adult carrer track) aged to adult (when I wasn't looking at him, but he was just talking to somone, nothing special) and Ivy is still YA, with the timer freezed.
Maybe I got something wrong...
I was sooo happy at the prospect of running an University lot (residential, where the YA from the hood would come and do their college stuff, so I would fake it, but nevertheless), and happy that everything is going fine till this unforseen aging took place!!!
Now I am desperate again - how am I going to stop the aging from happening? What caused it? Anyone?!? Squinge?! Thank you in advance.
I am using ver. 1.1, nomemoryuned., and nowantsatisfied mods in my game.
