If so, you can use the eyedropper (Alt key) to pick up the color nearest the top of the face texture (afface~face~stdMatBaseTextureName), and using the paint bucket fill mode, paint the hair texture (afhair~hair~stdMatBaseTextureName) the color you just chose.
