Your welcome I prefer making small homes on the smaller lots, 2x3 being the largest I will work on, because they are so much easier for me to handle and to play with, so I'm glad you like this home.

This was one of my earlier homes I created a long long time ago. I forgot I had it. I did some enhancing, changing the colour scheme, adding a garden with lighting and made some adjustments to the building itself. It pretty much retained its structure, but I wanted to give it a slightly different look. So, I decided to upload the lot for anyone who might be interested in this home.

This dainty home is a bit more spacious compared to the other mini homes, allowing for additions and expansions. I added a den on the first floor and a balcony on the second. The backyard is large enough to add a pool and for those pet lovers, room for your pets to run around. The furnished house has minimal furnishings with the cheaper maxis' furniture to keep the cost down. So I hope you have fun with this home.

An apartment styled two levels home. The main floor has split level among the living and kitchen areas. There is a separate entrance and stairway for the bedrooms. When I packaged the lots I noticed some custom content were included, so I removed them with the clean installer, please let me know if there are any problems with the files.
