I seem to have a problem with other sims showing up on my apartment lot and they won't leave.  I can't interact with them and they stay around all day and night, crying and peeing on themselves.  I don't mind vistors but is there a way to make them leave on their own or just stop by to visit and then leave?  Also my apartment has a playground and I want to get rid of it and add a pool but I have sims living in the apartment.  Do I have to move them all out first?  Thanks
