The fathers are the two standing up (the red shirt and the Scene Missing shirt) They've had 3 kids so far.  The oldest daughter, who's not in the scene, and her husband holding their first child.  Adam, black shirt sitting down, and his soon to be engaged bf (red/black hair) and finally their teen daughter, in pink.  The once townie Brandon is also there, saw the birth, so I'm expecting he'll want a kid too. LOL

Well I finally figured out how to do this.  The photoshopping was the easiest part. I'm doing to have to do some more.  Unlike my regular modelling this is a walk in the park.

It happened by accident, just screengrabbed it at the right time, I was disappointed it wasn't more close-up

Sometimes pregnant sims will do that if you just leave them along for a bit.

I checked up on the original version at Bodacious Sims and it did say teens were allowed -- and apparently teens were allowed but not used (I think...) for round 1.

Well I'm less interested in the contest, I just don't have any good pics to show. :-( All my male preg. occured on my old computer, with terrible graphics.  Two couples could have a kid, but I can't go to the lot till I move their daughters off to college and the other needs at two more dream dates before they get married.

To add to that - there's a flavour pack for Inteen that allows same sex pregnancy, and for those who don't have Inteen there's a hack over at MATY that lets same sex couples try for baby.

I just use clothes I already downloaded and have squinges pregnancy wear all hack in. Some of the male clothes have pregnancy allowed, and others dont show it..

I had a look through my Downloads folder [over 7000 packages] with the Sims 2 clean pack installer. I have the Sim edition of the InSIMenator of course and also HaveChildNotadopt, Same sex marriage, PregnancyWear Any outfit and TwoJeffs PregForAll Genders. When John got pregnant I simply sent him to the Pool to swim and he changed clothes and looked like he does in the photo, due to the wear any outfit hack, I suppose. I have the ACR I think its called and they just go and get pregnant on their own, so to speak. Then, whatever sex they are they go through the same changes and get bigger at the same rate.
I hope this is some help. My Sims 2 folder is huge so its sometimes hard to say why my sims do the things they do!

I suspect that being fat has a lot to do with that (seeing that these appear to be the Tinker parents, who start out fat) -- I had Stephen abducted once with normal/fit bodyshape and he didn't get nearly that big.

you can use the cheat 'testingcheatsenabled true' and in spawn there's 'tom's clothingrack' and then just click force redress and they wear normal clothes but only until they change clothes. Or you can download the hack at http://www.sims2cri.com/eng_squingemod.php then they always wear normal clothes. Have fun!

I could not get them to have a girl no matter how hard I tried so I used SIMPE to give him a sex change. Her name is Ai Burlingame. And I would make the pics smaller so it does not take up so much space but my editting program does not like me at the moment.

I have some alien default skin which I can't remember which it is that made her all buttery skinned like that but I was kind of surprised she had a normal nose and not the regular alien michael jackson thing they are always born with.

Tom has 6 kids and Orochimaru has 3 kids. Orochimaru gave away his babies but Tom has kept his.
You wouldn't think it, but is actually a great mom.
He doesn't strike us as "mother material" but he has turned out to be a right good mum!
He has 1 adult son, Trevor 2 teen sons Neville & Coulson, 1 toddler Belle and newborn twins.
