Title: Can one recolor hair with GIMP? Post by: Rammsteinfan on July 31, 2009, 04:11:30 am I only recently did a successful recolor but it was clothing. Can I have some advice on recoloring hair? I only have GIMP because it's free and I can only use free programs. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Given that GIMP has very similar functions to Photoshop/Paintshop and is worlds better than Paint, I would say that the answer to your question is "yes".
