Hey,
I made this resize along with three textures as a request from Chopperchic.
This is a 36 Hip resize of my HP Untuckable Slouchy Bigger Boots mesh which I have for download at MTS2.
I decided to upload the mesh here since Insimenator is the home of various body shapes and sizes.

Credits:-

Mesh
The wise Hysterical Paroxysm for giving me permanent permission to edit and upload her bodyshop meshes with my own interpretation.

Hair:-Nouk
Eye Shadow:-Barcelonista
Lipstick:-Helaene

Feel free to recolour, just make sure you link back to this thread for the mesh.
If you want to edit the mesh, you will need to PM Hysterical Paroxysm and me as this was originally her mesh.
Please do not upload this mesh and textures to any other sites.
Don't forget to PM me so I can see your recolours.

For people who use 36 Hip bottoms, download and enjoy.

Thanks erica.

I was a bit concerned with asking here as I really should upload them at MTS2 since they are Hysterical Paroxysm's originally.
If I re-worked something of Marvine's I would without a doubt upload here.
Never know.

The boots Hysterical Paroxysm shape were too tame for my liking but the slouchiness of the pants were near spot on, I flared them out at the front a wee bit to cover over the laces more as this is how my pants sit.
I will create more shoe textures if I can get more textures.
I have a terrible attention span when it comes to learning to retexture clothing.
I know Gothplauge has been kind enough to make some recolours for me in the past.
Hmmmm. . . .
I should really ask for help at MTS2 since I will be uploading there though.

again thanks.

This is a mesh I will be uploading to MTS2 in the very near future.
I have confirmed the mesh with Hysterical Paroxysm as it's her untucked bottoms I have altered, so she gave me the go ahead.
The shoes have been re shaped to look like my Dr Martin steel caps, instead of the long flat boot shape.

I still have to get confirmation on the use of the pants textures from 'All about style' as I am terrible at retextureing.
The only parts I have retextured are the shoe soles and the white pair of shoes.

So what do you people think?:toothy5:

Downloaded this free hair from peggysims2 and noticed an annoying gap at the back of the head which I have fixed.

Just incorrect skinwieghts and vertices needed to be moved slightly.

I e-mailed her but I haven't had a reply yet.
I usually don't get replys from these independent websites and I'm wondering if I should upload it for others to use if I don't get a reply?

Here's a pic of the gap I have fixed.

59  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Sims 2 in game loading lag write up. on: June 11, 2007, 09:37:56 pm
Hi'
I thought I'd do a write up on sims 2 and lag issues people are facing to make them relaise that the lag is all over the spectrum of PC's ranging from low-mid-to-high.

First of all everbody knows about the major loading lag points in sims2

E.G
1:- people coming to house and going.
2:- Changing in and out of clothes.
3:- Cars arriving and going.

In my case:-
I'd just like to say that a higher end graphics card can slow down the performance of the sims2 as I had found when I replaced my Gigabyte 7600GS with a  Sapphire Ati X1950pro 512mb.

Of course the frame speed went up and some object texture detail with the same game video setting.

But. . . .

When it comes to the three things I have mentioned, the loading time gap is  even more noticable.

Solutions
1:-I have found to solve this at the moment is by reducing all video settings to at least medium.
2:-Go back to the previous GPU (duh)

So sometimes a better GPU does not solve the lag problem infact it may cause more lag.

With ths system the loading lag is pretty bad if the Texture detail is high.

System specs:-
P4 3.0E HT @ 3.2Mhz
ASucks P4P800SE
Sapphire ATi X1950pro 512mb
2x1GB dualchannel RAM @ 430Mhz
Audigy 2 ZS
160GB SATA
80GB IDE

If anyone has a story similar.
Or has thier own answer to lag in this game besides buying a whole new system.

Please post it so other confused new simmers out there can understand that the system requirements on the boxes are a lie

If you have a system which has little or no lag please post the system specs here so other people can see what PC's is needed to fully enjoy this game.

60  Simmers' Paradise / Content Creation & Recoloring Help / Problem fixed on: April 18, 2007, 10:09:16 pm
Turns out what I was doing was correct in SimPE but I was trying to change the values of the project in the projects folder instead of loading it to savedsims where I am supposed to be changing the values.

Anyway here's the result.

I just have to refine the mesh before uploading.

Big thanks to Tiggerypum at MTS2 for sharing her knowledge to help us learning to mesh.
