I love the Bear, and apparently , so do a lot of you. too. But I noticed there is no outerwear for him. Well I needed some, so I made some and thought I would share it with you. This is a simple sweater, made over top of a t-shirt mesh found here: http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=89609

I did it in two colors, grey and brown. It is not perfect and I would love something better, but maybe this can do for now.Enjoy it and keep your bears warm.

I use a lot of Rengal in my game, my self sim is one, so of course I love the shape. I have recolored a sundress for her, using Warlokks mesh. They are maternity friendly, I've even enabled them to show up in the maternity section when you use the insimenator's wardrobe adjuster. They can be worn as everyday and the black one is also formal. I've color matched the shoes, a sensible shoe for maternity, too. Here are pics of my self sim modeling them in body shop, the in-game pics I took are lousy, and these look better.


And if you need the mesh, and can't find it elsewhere, I have included it here. It is from Warlokk, and I hope this is ok with him. Thanks to Warlokk for this awesome body type and the starter pack of clothes.
Edited and added on: I found this one finally in my projects folder and decided to complete it and add in on. The color is based on a dress I really own and wear. It has a different back to it.

I was going to do one for the regular maxis guy, but after a game crash and reinstalling, and forgetting to back up my projects folder, this is all I could salvage. Hope you like it. I have marked them for everyday, athletic and outerwear(hockey is played in the cold isn't it?).

I saw a request by summerlove26 for some NY Rangers uniforms. I am a sports fan, but hockey is not one I know much about, but thought I'd give it a try anyway. I looked at their official website for pictures of their uniforms and came up with these. I have one for the regular Maxis adult male, and two different styles for Marvine's bodybuilder, one more as a bodysuit and one with shorts.



Meshes are included,  credit to Marvine and Beosboxboy, Thank you very much.Mesh is not needed for the Maxis recolor, I think it was a recolor of a base game outfit, but if it doesn't show up, it may have came from an expansion, I can't remember, I have all of the expansions.
I hope you enjoy them, the sim model is my sim of my husband, he is also done with a Maxis body, so pretending to be a bodybuilder was fun for him.

OK, I know I have posted a lot of Yankees lately, this will be the last one, I hope. I ipresent to you my sim version of Jason Giambi,as close as I can get to him at least.

When I started Derek Jeter, at first he looked like ARod to me and a few others who saw him, so I altered him and saved my  original to look more like ARod.
Don't complain to me if he's not perfect, you are allowed to modify him any way you want.

Yeah, so I'm a fan of the Yankees. I have been on a Yankee sim binge for the week. Here is the set of walls, floors and bedding to decorate your sims houses if you, or they are Yankees fans too. I hope my file names are self explanatory, there are two floors, baseball and pinstripes, 3 walls, pinstripes, yanks logo and NY on pinstripes. There is only one bedding, which I combines the logo with  the NY on pinstripes and the picture is from my game, when I tested to see how it looked on each size bed.

I didn't know where else to share this. I was playing around with simpe and Lucas Easy Bedding Texture Creator, and came up with this bedding from a lacy pattern I had from somewhere. I think it turned out nice,I tested in my game, but didn't get a good picture, the picture is from the creator program. I  hope you like it. It works for both single and double beds, most of the beds that I tried.

This is actually my self-sim's teen daughter. she looks a lot like her mother with a little of her father. I have her packaged with the black bikini shown here and the teen kurvy k light skintone. The mesh for the bikini can be found at  http://frannysims.wazowskisweb.com/meshes_mesh006.html.
There are also lots of great clothes there and any other meshes or skintones for the kurvy k.
I recolored the bikini to black sparkly starfield since the real Susan likes stars. She is an aquarius with a fortune aspiration, if you want to play her as I do.

I built this house just to try out some techniques I was reading tutorials on. It is an octagonal house, three levels, with a small bath house on an island surrounded by a pool with a bridge to cross over (or the sims can swim across). I had a family living in it and they outgrew it with the birth of their twins making 4 children in all. It is loaded with custom content from places I can't remember, including some spiral stairs and Marvines modular stairs.

I thought it would be fun to add a celebrity to my game and I wanted to use one of the beautiful body shapes, so here is the result. Her beauty is obvious and her body is beautiful. She also is good in many movies that I've seen. I've never heard her music, but i am sort of stuck on older stuff and I guess it is not in my usual variety.
But here you go, my version of Queen Latifa.

I love this house. I move one of my college graduates in it when he had enough money and he got married there and starting a family. The pool idea I got from a movie and the style is my own idea. There are elevators in the towers, so OFB is needed for that.
There are no set rooms, but I used the downstairs room for living area, kitchen, bath and living room,bedroom, and the upstairs for study, game room, kids room, etc. The roof is usable too, for parties, BBq, etc. You can always add walls to make more rooms.

I found an awesome mesh for the clothes that looks more like my body, yeah, I'm a big girl. I recolored the shorts in my favorite shade of pink. Hope you like her!
