Anyway, I did a google search for "Sims 2 Victorian" and found the following:
Victorian - Stuff for The Sims 2 (http://lidiqnataforthesims2.webs.com/victorian.htm) Historical Sims 2 Wiki (http://historicalsims2.wikia.com/wiki/Victorian/Edwardian) (scroll down for the downloads list) Also, you could take a look at Black Pearl Sims, though you'll have to register to download and (I believe) perform searches. I know they have at least one kitchen set (http://www.blackpearlsims.com/showthread.php?50652-AKania%B4s-Victorian-Kitchen-Sims2). Sims Cave is another place you look (just typing in "Victorian" in the search box yielded results). Registration required here, too.
