Title: Glass elevator, mossy tiles and stainless steel walls/floors (FOUND ALL) Post by: Jocelynn on June 22, 2009, 05:02:42 am For a big project I desperately need the following CC:
Two years ago (or so) I remember seen a glass elevator somewhere, but I can't find it anymore. Does anyone know where I can find it? (or: was it just a hallucination at that time ;D?) Before my computercrash I had mossy stone tiles in my downloads. Unfortunately all my downloads disappeared for eternity, and I had to start all over again. And now I don't know where I found them and can't find them anymore (although I've searched 350 different sites :p). It was a set of 5 or 6 different types of tiles: Cobblestones, mosaic like etc. I really like stainless steel floors and walls, but most of them are in game just grey, dull, disappointing or gruesome. So I'm looking for high-quality stainless steel floors and walls with a nice "shiny", seamless (!) look. Does anyone know these kinds of floors and walls? If you do, I'll give you a BIG 2fanku Title: Re: Glass elevator, mossy tiles and stainless steel walls/floors Post by: Lauralli on June 22, 2009, 05:52:32 am Hiya, the Glass elevator could be the one at MTS by macarossi.

But I don't understand why MTS didn't show it to me when I've typed it in the search box. Never mind, I've got one of my desired items! 1fanku Lauralli! Title: Re: Glass elevator, mossy tiles and stainless steel walls/floors Post by: caffeinated.joy on June 22, 2009, 09:44:13 am I have some mossy tiles, but I can't remember where I got them, sadly. I can, however, help you with the shiny walls. You can use Murano's reflective wall & floor tiles over any wall or floor surface to make them shiny. Be warned, though, if you use them across a large space, having that many reflective surfaces can make your lot laggy. But it sure looks pretty.
You can get them at T$R (http://www.thesimsresource.com/artists/Murano/downloads/details/category/sims2-sets-objects/title/Millenium%20-%20Reflective%20Walls%20&%20Floors/id/546583/l) and at the booty (http://paysites.mustbedestroyed.org/booty/tsr/murano/). (millenium-reflectivewallsfloors.zip) EDIT: Finding some mossy tile, though they're all on T$R. Set one (http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/details/category/sims2-sets-wallfloor/title/Brick%20Floor%20Set/id/754052/) Set two (http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/details/category/sims2-sets-wallfloor/title/Cottage%20Stone%20Set/id/571424/) Set three (http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/details/category/sims2-sets-wallfloor/title/Grassy%20Brick%20Walls%20and%20Walk%20Set/id/335134/) If I find anything else I'll post a link. No wonder I couldn't find them 'cause I was searching for "mossy" :p
I do have the reflective walls and floors, but they sloooooooooooooower my game too much. Title: Re: Glass elevator, mossy tiles and stainless steel walls/floors Post by: rwills on June 23, 2009, 05:13:58 am Have some nice tinted stainless steel type walls in my game, but darned if I can pin down where they're from.
However, here's a small variety of some other metallic walls, from which you might be able to use something: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=42082 http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=327381 http://www.sims2studios.com/decor/walls/stainlesssteel.htm http://avenidasims.com/TheSims2/TheSims2wall11.html Nice aluminum slatted wall included here: http://www.bogsims.com/themes/sgatlantis/atlantiscitybuild.htm These are not metal, but have a kind of metallic sheen to them (and look great in the game): http://sims2.simcredibledesigns.com/dl/htmlswf/wf13.html As to plain metallic floors, here: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=230804 Fancier: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=176087 http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=174375 TSR: http://www.thesimsresource.com/members/Grammy_Moon/downloads/browse/category/sims2-floors/ And a nice metal floor tile in gold here: http://www.sims2cri.com/eng_wfset.php . Title: Re: Glass elevator, mossy tiles and stainless steel walls/floors (FOUND ALL) Post by: Paden on July 02, 2009, 03:00:26 pm Jocelynn, I don't know who or what you think you are, but the case closed horsesh** needs to stop. It's annoying and stupid, not to mention it makes you stink to high heaven as if you're trying to be a mini-mod. We don't need it, we don't want it, we don't allow it. Count yourself warned. NOW, it is case, and THREAD, closed. Too bad, so sad.
