Titled "Older Suburban Home," it is just that, an older suburban home based off a common design where I live. The house comes unfurnished, on a small lot, and is designed for fast game play (hence it being so small and simple.) Price: 45,023 Features: No Custom Content Nightlife required *Pretty sure* it doesn't require OFB or University Small Lot (2x4) 1 car garage, but long driveway for parking more cars Full size basement Small yard (big enough for a pool :grin:) 1st floor: Large Living Room Kitchen Dining Room "spare" room (ideal for hobbies or extra bedroom) Front and Rear Porch Half bathroom 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms 1 full bathroom Master bedroom with attached full bathroom This is a much simpler design than my previous upload, but it is a great family home!
