I had this as well... the recolors of maxis objects were there dispite custom content being disabled. Please check that it is enabled.
I checked and it wasn't enabled after all. I definitely checked the "enable" box this time, but everything was the same when I got into a lot. No custom objects, and no Hula Dance option.
Did you enable custom content after installing seasons?
Most of my downloaded objects are missing, I think only recolors of Maxis objects remained. All my custom careers and such are also gone, including the Hula mod, but all of my downloaded clothing is still there, as well as recolors of Maxis objects, so I know that custom content isn't disabled...
