Sims 2 Community Downloads / Community / Mew Mew Cafe
|

I only saw a few episodes of this anime myself, so I can't say much about it. But Kittyvibe wanted it and who am I to say no to a pretty face? And true to my nature, I mimiced the design, minus a few alterations to make it my own. First, it is community, not residential--even though I only saw a few episodes, I didn't see the girls actually live IN the Cafe (But that's okay, you can make that correction yourselves if you wanna live in it); second, I made a storage area in the basement, which I strongly advise against renovating unless you've mastered Mike's Inside Building tutorials (which are found here by the way: http://mikeinside.modthesims2.com/); Third, and most important, your love should not be shown on just Valentine's day, it should be 24/7/356. --Heart-shaped window, door and arch by Jasana_BugBreeder (whom I thank) and are here: http://www.modthesims2.com/download.php?t=129280--BV Doors and arch by Sim Me found on MTS2 @ http://modthesims2.com/download.php?t=253458--Neon Alphabet by Atavera (who I also thank)--NOTE: Atavera has been retired for a long time. No worries though, its included Recolors of Maxis objects by me

As always, I saved the best for last I really am sorry I couldn't give you any MOTU characters to go with it. Fact is, the meshes are not available and plus, He-man and She-ra have been done a lot and I don't do repeats. I try to keep it fresh. I hope you've enjoyed this trip down memory lane as much I have. This was, is and always will be the good ol' days for me. I am gonna rest now and try to think up something new for ya to download. Till next post CAUTION: RENOVATE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Sims 2 Community Downloads / Custom Objects & Recolors / Back to the 80's #6: Iconic Toons
|
on: January 26, 2009, 03:44:43 pm
|
NEVER COMPARE TODAY'S TOONS WITH THESE LEGENDS! A few times, a decent cartoon comes along and it has a few memorable episodes. Not a one though will ever leave their mark like these toons did. Why do you think there was a Transformers movie? Why is there gonna be a sequel? And why are there plans to make Thundercats next year?...Have you been under a rock during the 80's? No, they were better than good. They were the reason the toy store was making the bug bucks. And they're the reason so many of us get dressed up as those characters, even though we are not kids anymore. I only hope someday our kids will have a toon that inspires them as these did for us.
100% maxis recolor by me. They are found behind Kitten with Yarn (Pets), at roughly 130$

Sims 2 Community Downloads / Walls, Floors & Murals / Back to the 80's #3: TV Shows we miss
|
on: January 25, 2009, 03:13:16 pm

Good TV viewing...Is there any of that anymore? It's nothing but "Do you wanna get embarrassed live" Reality, "we cant think of a new theme so we'll just resurrect a lost cast member" soaps, or reapeats. Remember the good ol' day when there was actually something on you & your whole family could watch? Sadly, it is beyond my power to give you these shows in a form other than decorative posters for your sims. But don't worry, I will be simming some of your favs from those shows and more. In fact, I have one ready while I write this. It will be posted next. 100% Maxis Recolor by me

Hi. I was wondering how to put a pic into a post so that viewers can take a gander at my work without going into the file. If you have trouble understanding what I men, I will try to explain: Directly to the left side of the name of the post, there is a space for a sample pic of what the post contains. I am having trouble figuring out how to put a photo in that spot. Please help.
