Japanese style single story home on a unfurnished, 4 x 3 lot. Constructed for maximum game performance with unique 1/2 walls vs: windows & open archways vs: doors, to enjoy the large pond & pool with minimum game stress. Plan includes a living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, family room & designed large deck to include a outdoor dining room, outdoor living, as well as access to pool, garage & entrance. 1 car garage with a outside room - addition for possible workout area. Minimum CC used, as well as plant contact for you to use at your own discretion. My CC includes: fence & gate recolors,(Special Thanks to: Holy Simoly for allowing me to share recolors of Pleiadian fence + tall in black), walls, flooring & terrain paints. Also included a separate download file for the interior bamboo wall texture I used in picks for anyone who's interested. Lot placement on a level terrain is suggested for best effects & minimum loss of terrain paint colors.
