I planted two fruit trees and now they are sickly! I keep spraying them and sometimes it makes it better but sometimes it makes it worse! How do I get my trees healthy again?

Is it possible to covert a community lot into a residential lot? And if so, how?

There is a lot I've downloaded, but it's a community lot. I'd much rather have it for my Sims to live in though

Ha ha, that might sound like a wierd title but I just got some beautiful Beauty and The Beast sims. I want to be able to play out the story, but that involves the beast transforming into the handsome prince. So, I was wondering if there is any way for one Sim to totally change their appearance into another, and have them still be the same person?

I would just have my Belle fall for the Beast, then kick him out and move the Prince in. But then i'll have my Belle sim sobbing over her bad memories of the missing Beast and I don't want to go through the ordeal of deleting memories.

Any suggestions?

OK, i'm gonnna try and explain this as clearly as I can. Apologies in advance if it comes out sounding wacky.

But, I want to have a lot with live in "servants" but I also want the servants to be playable. But that's not my question. My question is, that I want my servants to have their own little house on my lot. But I don't want my "master" sims to be wandering over there and using their stove, toilet, etc.

So, I want my servants to be able to move freely between both houses. But I want the "masters" to stay in their house, and not enter the servants house autonomously, only if I direct them to go there.

Is this possible? Or is there a mod that will do something like this? And if this is in the wrong board, I apologise.

I sold one of my puppies to a townie, but every so often one of my sims will still get a want to play with that puppy! The only hack I have is InSIMenator. Even when I refresh the wants it still turns up. Does this happen to anyone else?

So, i've found some places that have great custom eyes for my sims. But when I install them and create a sim that has these eyes, they are blurry and fuzzy looking. Not clear and shiny like they do on the places i've gotten them from. Do I just need a better graphics card or something? Or do the eyes always look blurry while in game?
