I want to ask this before do you think that the weather is acting up alot and are u getting lots Thunderstorms with lighting? I mean one thunderstorm is enough but have two  while playing is bit much so am Using SW season control turn the weather off for now.

My all dead and gone to sim heaven or in my case back up folder which comes in handy. I do my own neighbourshoods.

Ok now get I can get reasonable game there are few glitches still with the dragon and other big hotel  but have to deal with them and avoid the dragon breath for now.. I hope Maxis comes out with patch soon I think it could be realyl good game. Thanks to every one for helpful tips

If you have these in download folder remove them as the Ninja does not show up proper am slow going through all my special objects.

I had loads unsavoury characters but since putting this in its tackled that problem but I have no Ninja no where, before I had them popping up . Iwonder if its the patch or could it be a hack?
