2X2 lot cost: 77,200 simoleons 3beds, 2 baths, eat-in kitchen, livingroom, basement, 1 car driveway, loft view from the 2 level. Fully furnished and decorated. Custom Content Included: Modern and Sleek Stairs and fence, Flowering vines 1 2 and 3, Scattered Rocks- Nengi65 @ http://www.modthesims2.com/member.php?u=56826 For the stairs to show, you must go to the site and get instructions and text. Pine Deck Recolor- JustMoi @ MTS2 Poster Door and Green Wallpaper, Red Rust Wallpaper- Grand Trianon @ MTS2 Birch Tree Shrub- Khakidoo @ MTS2 Souvenir Cabinet- Numenor @ MTS2 Stucco Wall- Patul @ MTS2 Stone Wall- Avendia Sim Custom Content Not Included: Recolorable Deck Stairs- Numenor @ http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=53159 You will need this to get the recolored stairs to show. Otherwise, it will just be the regular brown stairs. Invisiable Driveway- Roddyalexio @ http://www.modthesims2.com/member.php?u=22075 (can't find the file) Jeep Wangler- Fresh Prince @ http://www.freshprincecreations.com/ I use all EP's and I have the Holiday and Glamour stuff packs. This lot was packaged with the clean installer, so no hacks. Dinki, I remember that lot you built and yes, everything I did with this lot was to accommodate a smaller lot. You know, make it more playable. ;)
