       You will of course notice it is based off of maxis season furniture set. I gave some of this maxis set a make-over remesh to have a fun elegant look to it.
       Chair is just a recolor of maxis but all the other pieces are new meshes.

A set I made based on Potterybarns Bali Outdoor Set.

Info- Bar Table only one sim can actually eat at, also it can't be recolored so anyone who wants to recolor it can clone it.
 
        I don't know how to uv map out of milkshape yet. So for those who wish to recolor I recommend using solid type fabrics on the fabric parts of this set.

I love doing themed kids rooms and just had to have some fun bunkbeds for them.

Info- This bunkbed is not like the one for MTS2 sims teleport instead of going up the ladder. I know it's not as fun without that animation but the MTS2 bunkbed creator doesn't allow there's to be cloned.
