And then I think you're talking about custum content, it's stuff that modders and creators here make for us (because Maxis crap gets boring after a while). For a good list of CC check out - http://forums.sims2community.com/forumdisplay.php?f=58 .

Often, our own stuff that we download has a certain "flaire" Maxis items do not posses, so that's what creates the "amazing houses that we can download".

If you're looking for a sim to think/talk on command about a [CC] item then you will have to take two seperate pictures - one of the ingame object and one where you will paste it. To get the sizing right, try telling them to "view" the object and then take a photo of the thought bubble.

That's how to do it via photoshopping, the only way I really use. For ingame, see the above post ^^

After playing with some Uni Maxis families, I can't live without my CC skintones. I had to use peggy masks for the ugly green eyeballs (is that desperation?)

I think the Holy Simoly rock tub collection is cool for pictures. Heheh.

I have a major building *intheworks* at the moment, some new scientific glass-and-thatched-house-secret-docter-surgery on my playtesting terrain. Wont be finished with it for a while though, lol.

I feel riddled with guilt for not posting here. I love building and have been on a role. My new plan is to turn my tiny terrain (which can only fit five 2x2 lots and two 3x1 lots on it - golly gosh!) into my building tester. Might try the "fugly challenge" there too
