Just want to adopt a pet. I really don't want all my families to have one. I wonder if there is a hack, that stops my simmies to want to teach and make there pet do something. It's even more annoying than the adopt pet one.

But is it possible to make the 'adopt pet/puppy/kitten' want availabe only if you don't already have one? What bothers me with this want is that I can go ahead and buy them a kitten, and the next day they want *another* one! I'm tired of having these pet wants spamming the want lists.
Also, can you make a hack that will stop sims from wanting to teach commands/command pets that aren't part of the family?
