Q: I lost my booklet, how can I recover my installation key?
A: there are two ways to recover your serial key:
- OPTION 1
- You can get it from the EA site if you registered it.
- If you registered your game on this site you can find it here.
- Go to http://www.ea.com (http://www.ea.com)
- At the top right, click on "Get Into the EA Nation"
- Log in with your http://www.thesims2.com (http://www.thesims2.com) username and password.
- Click on your username where "Get Into the EA Nation" was.
- Go to "My Account."
- Log in again.
- Click on "My Games"
- All the codes for your registered games will be there.
