It has a master bedroom with a walk in closet and a large private bathroom. There is a large bedroom on the opposite end of the house, and a smaller one next to the master bath. There is also a second bathroom upstairs. The upstairs also has some open space that could be used as a sitting room, library, office or game room. A balcony wraps around the entire house and has a staircase leading down to the enclosed pool area.
Downstairs, an entry foyer leads to the living room, which is open and has a modern staircase. Off the living room is the large eat-in kitchen, with floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the pool and patio. There is covered parking for two cars. This upload is not furnished because it really deserves better than Maxis furniture. Most of the furnishings used in the pictures are either donation items or items for which I do not have permission to include in lot uploads. If you build a home and put down planks, none of the boards "seam together". Title: Buena Vista (3bd-3th 4x3 lot) Post by: sableskye on August 31, 2006, 11:45:02 am first of all, let me say that your houses are just beautiful. i downloaded a few not long ago, and im having a problem. i dont think it is anything on your end, but someone suggested i contact the creator. here's the problem: i downloaded 5 of your houses, 3 are perfectly fine, but the other two somehow now cost way too much. actually, looking at it closely, it is in the negative millions. i am unable to play the lot as it crashes my game. it isnt just your houses that do this. this happens occasionally with other dl houses, i just think you are nicer than some other ppl i have dealt with. anyway, i wrote down the names of the houses, but now i cant find the paper*sigh* so i will have to go back into my game to get them. i hope i made sense, if not to just ask me to clarify and i will. thank you.

We'll see if we can figure it out. :) Title: Buena Vista (3bd-3th 4x3 lot) Post by: sableskye on September 01, 2006, 07:14:54 am ok, i have the houses for you. the first one is: sunshine cottage, price in my game -706,884,386. the other one is: small house 1 price in my game is 1,102,249,992. the second one isnt negative. i used sims2pack to install. i have uni and nl installed. i have no idea what causes this, i just hope we can fix it as they are beautiful and i would like to use them. thank you so much.

Title: Buena Vista (3bd-3th 4x3 lot) Post by: Rogue777 on September 02, 2006, 11:53:28 am sableskye, I'm afraid the problem might be that both of those houses were either built while I had OFB installed, or built before it but converted when I installed OFB. I apologize for not saying OFB was required in the posts where the houses are; there was a time that I did not know how it worked with EPs. I had erroneously assumed that if I used a driveway, NL was the only one that was needed. That was incorrect, so even if I use no content from an EP, the fact that I have it installed is enough to make the house require it.
I uninstalled OFB and UNI for a short time and built a few houses. They are clearly marked "NL Only". I hope you can find a couple of those that you like.
