This is a fairly simple house, ideal for families of 4, you could fit more, but it would start to get a little cozy. The house comes completely unfurnished and costs around $37,000. I'm not positve what all expansion packs are needed for it...I know Nightlife and Pets for sure...forgive me if there's anything else...
