76  Simmers' Paradise / Where Can I Find...? / Re: WCIF: This Praticular Teaset? on: June 26, 2010, 08:55:10 pm
LOL I know. I had to refresh that link on GOS earlier to see the objects for download like 10x GAH I really don't know where that stuff would be if its not at those three sites. It's so annoying when I don't bookmark.

I know what you mean, I dread going to GOS, because of my slow connection. I appreciate your help theraven. I did take advantage of kates stuff over at parsimonious. I had forgotten about her. I hope someone will post a link to MATY, because now I have a feeling that I did see the objects over at MATY. I mean it has to be at either MATY, TSR or MTS2. Theres no other place I can think of that they would be at. tongue

No I'm afraid that set is not the set I am refering to theraven. The one I am talking about had the 2 thrones, cauldron, witches podium amoungst other things. Thank you for your help though. Wink

You know now that you modified your post, and mentioned MATY; I think I seen that stuff on there as well, but maybe someone can post a direct link to the thread, if thats where it was.

She didn't find it on the graveyard. I looked  on there and there were only 2 files under SAU, and they weren't hair files. I'll look on SimsCave if the OP doesn't reply back to my question.

Where did you find it? I am certain that hair was on SAU. So where did you find it? Here is my proof by the way.. http://www.sims2wiki.info/wiki.php?title=Hair_Gallery/Female_Hair/Sims_Artist_Union  (look at the bottom of the page.)

Cool! I am glad you found it, because it was looking like a lost cause with me looking for it. rolleyes You wouldn't happen to know where the buyable extracted witch objects were would you? (while were on the witch subject) I found the witch lighting, but I also know I had the other extracted objects, such as the ones on this thread but it was for TS2 of course.. tongue

Yes!! I was looking my eyeballs out for that last night. I knew it had something to do with witches though, hence the reason for it being in my witches homes. Wink Thank you so much Joy! YAY By the way how did you find it? huh
83  Simmers' Paradise / Where Can I Find...? / WCIF: This Praticular Teaset? on: June 26, 2010, 02:11:04 pm
Hello all, I used to have this drinkable teaset before my downloads folder crashed. It was on like a cutting board slab type base you know like the thing sims prepare food on? I also know the interaction when you clicked on it was just like with a coffee pot. You could direct a sim to make tea and drink tea after a small animation. I know that it could be recolored almost the same color as the pattern on the club room counter tops. I can't remember too much about it but I know the descriptions above are accurate. I usually used the teaset for my witches. I figured tea was a bit more witchy than coffee. tongue I have the strangest feeling that I downloaded the set from MTS2, but I typed tea and teaset in for my search and nothing relevant came up except for drinkable green tea, and that wasn't it.. Thanks for any and all help!

Oh heres the counter top I am refering to..

The hair looks like one of Myos hairs from SimsArtistUnion. I think that site is down though, maybe try the graveyard archives? tongue
85  A Safe Haven / General Discussion / I Got My Grant! :D on: June 25, 2010, 10:49:55 pm
I made a thread earlier this month, explaining that I am in the process of trying to be approved for a student loan/PELL to go to cosmetology school; well I got my grant! I qualified for just under 8,000.00! I am so excited! Cheesy I start July 26. I will however have to pay my remaining sub-loan off of 3,500.00, but that shouldn't be a problem if I find a high enough paying job. I am confident that I will find a salon, after I graduate. There is like 20-30 salons around the town I live in so I think I got it made in the shade in that department. cool I just wanted to share my news with you all. Well have a good night! Grin
86  Simmers' Paradise / Where Can I Find...? / Re: WCIF: Hack that allows families/multiple sims to be invited over? on: June 24, 2010, 10:56:48 am
I'd be very much interested in this hack as well, if it existed. I'm sure someone knows for sure if there is a hack like this or if it is even possible or not.
87  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Re: Question About Neighborhood(s) on: June 23, 2010, 11:32:25 pm
What neighborhood is it? Do you mean take the neighborhood folder out in hopes of clearing all lots and hood deco, I'm not too sure you can do that. I think you would be able to bulldoze all lots and delete all deco though prior to taking out the neighborhood, if you wanted a clean slate as far as the terrain goes? I guess I didn't understand your problem lol.. tongue
88  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Discussion / Re: Petition For New Sims2 EP on: June 22, 2010, 11:08:02 pm
I didn't mean for this thread to be a big deal. tongue I was just bored and thought I would post it, because it would be awesome for another EP to be made, and I just wanted to inspire as many people as I could to sign it. That's pretty funny (actually downright hilarious in my opinion.) that EA is considering dropping TS3. I wondered how long it would take the morons to figure out that TS3 is a HUGE         ---->              FAIL..

I mean I will admit I have installed and uninstalled it on more than one occasion, but I just kept telling myself 'Self you spent 60$ on this game, you've got to atleast try and enjoy it..' Well no matter how hard I try I just can't get used to it. I don't care whats made for the game as far as mods go, the gameplay and the whole game in general is just so cartoony and Sims Oneish,  I just can't get myself so hyped up over it and love it as dearly as I do my Sims2. I'm sorry, thats just how I feel, and it won't change, hence the reason for this thread. I don't want to sit and bash TS3, because theres alot of folks out there that really are abandoning TS2 for TS3, just as they did TS1. But you know, that is there prerogative and most will stick to it. Wink
89  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Discussion / Petition For New Sims2 EP on: June 20, 2010, 09:34:30 pm
I just thought I would get this out to a few well known sites..It's a petition for EA to make a new EP for our beloved Sims2. Please READ the petition and sign! I think that with enough signatures the OP is going to send the petition to EA. Here is whats supposed to be posted to all your friends.. tongue

v

Hi,

I wanted to draw your attention to this important petition that I recently signed:

"EA should make another EP for The Sims 2"
http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/newepforsims2/

I really think this is an important cause, and I'd like to encourage you to add your
signature, too. It's free and takes just a few seconds of your time.

Thanks!
