I usually just lurk here, but I love looking and downloading everyone's creations. I have uploaded this on MTS2 and the exchange, but maybe someone here will also appreciate it. Swanson House was created and playtested during the 10 kid challenge. Its a 3x3 lot for $121K. There is room for your career and aspiration rewards (basement for energizers and mechanical looking rewards and left side of the house for obstacle course/punching bag/golf rewards). Tables near skilling items for your thinking caps. Space for 6 in twin beds, space for 2 in cribs, and 1 double bed. All landscaping requiring gardening is accessible and can be completed by the gardener by early afternoon. There is a permanent "birthday cake table" in the dining room near the basment stairs. Kids come home from school and dump their homework back there too. The right side of the house, back near the pond, would make a lovely location for a wedding arch. No custom content. No family. No hacks. Cleaned with clean installer prior to packaging. Lot is very playable for even a very large family. One of my pet peeves is to download a beautiful house then find it isn't very playable. This one is. I playtested it for weeks doing my 10 kid challenge. If I can raise 10 kids there, so can you! You'll have to add phones. I was having trouble with the packaged lot if I left the phones in.
