I haven`t heard of it, but maybe there is a hack made to make it possible.

I`ll ask someone to move it to "General sims 2 help", it`s more likely to get this answered if it`s there.

It's always possible for something like this to be built.  However, who goes into it would be completely up to you.  I'm sure no mod exists that automatically moves pregnant teens someplace, if that's what you're asking.

Just build your "dorm" the way you want it, then when you have a pregnant teen, the dorm mother could summon the teen, and child if need be, then add to the family.  The Summoner and Family Tree Adjuster from InSIMenator would be perfect for this.

EDIT: The DMA Sims, Worker Set, would be idle for taking care of the maintenance of the house.  Cook, House Manager, Janitor/Gardner, and Maid are all included.  You would still need one playable sim on the lot as the owner.

You could download like an apartment complex or trailor park and get the mod to allow more than 8 sims on a lot. But you'd also need the mod for teens to move out. and that should do it I would think?

dnj - i don't know if there is specifically a mod/hack for the younger kids, but there are "sleep" mods that allow people to rest on community lots, these may extend to children and babies.  I don't ever play the game with kids, so I can't say.

There are also other mods that allow sims to "move out" as teens, but I don't recall the names of them.

Also there are "no school" mods that will allow for the greatest range of free time.
