Title: SIms 2 won't run Post by: andlovesaidno13 on February 28, 2008, 06:52:52 pm Okay well I click the icon and it won't run.
My computer is relatively new, I purchased it in July. So the video card's pretty good. Any one have any advice. It ran yesterday, but not today so I'm confused. I'm thinking as a last resort I might copy my "EA Games" folder to someplace else and then reinstall it. Though I have GBs of downloads so I'd prefer not to that so lol so any advice is truly appreciated. Thanks! Title: SIms 2 won't run Post by: Tenshii~Akari on February 28, 2008, 06:53:59 pm Have you tried deleting the Groups.cache and Accessory.cache files in your Sims 2 folder? ;)

Title: SIms 2 won't run Post by: nicky689 on February 29, 2008, 03:36:07 am It may have lost its .exe file, this happened with me when my hubby ran a virus scan and because bon voyage is using securon it thought it to be a virus and quarantined it.
Found this out after i installed it again, you dont need to uninstall first just install the exp pack over it. Thankfully everything seems to working fine now, except for a few errors with graphics that have always been present(I've learned to disregard them and how to temporarily fix them). Thanks once again. I really appreciate it. :)
