HI Everyone! When the Butler arrives at the house he goes right to a phone and calls the Police to report a burglary..none had occured yet the cops arrive,check things out then fine a Sim for a false report. In the meantime the Butler cooks a meal...the cop leaves and he's back on the phone calling the cops' again!!! It happened in several different households the same way. I removed my entire downloads folder and tried again...with the same results! Any ideas anyone? Or maybe this has unfortunately happened to you? Thanks for any responses!!

It seems after removing my downloads folder then reinstalling it, all the previous lots tested (Pleasantview) seem to be working O.K. except the "Goth" lot. So maybe for me it has to do with certain lots.(?) Maybe an upcoming patch will fix. Have A Nice Day!

Maxis and pre-made lots do and often become corrupted. You can delete your cigen.cache, acessories.cache and groups.cache files, this helps. Do you have any phone hacks or NPC global mods installed as well?

Hi! I'll delete those three items and no phone hacks, I do have Christianluvs' Nanny and NPC, although I did remove them with the same results...I've had another problem with the Goth lot in the past with disappearing tombstones...so like you said some lots can become corrupted...Thanks for responding..much appreciated!

I couldn't find the cigen.cache...is it supposed to be located in the same place as the other two? I checked all other folders, none there...and if my game isn't creating one is that a problem? Thank you for the help...

cigen.package is created and used by Bodyshop.
