It also comes with a pool that has a diving board. The small patio on the 2nd floor has a top of the range barbecue plus patio furniture. The roof top has a spa for you sims to relax. There is plenty of room on the roof top for you add to. The house is very lightly furnished with a few decorations and a few furniture. I wanted to upload fully furnished but most of it was custom made stuff and not allowed to upload. So I only very lightly used the maxis made furniture.
