I decided to upload this building in which I was meaning to upload for a long time but have forgotten I had it and was sidetracked with other uploads. My computer was slowing a bit when I was just working with this building so be weary that it may lag. The condo is built on 4 floors, three of which contain the units. The units I will describe along with the pictures. The entrance area is on the main floor, which also contains garage parking for 3 cars and a room that can become a storage or laundry facility. I have an unfurnished version available and only a half furnished version (as seen in the pictures) because it was taking so much time to furnish.

Well, I have 1.5 gigs of ram and with that my computer slowed a bit when building the lot. So, depending on your computer it may lag. What I can suggest is that if it is really slow, to remove the whole top floor and play with the remaining three. It will also depend on how much you furnishings you put into the lot.
