This is small, modern, house with light frame construction for 2+1 sims. On ground level is recreation place with a swimming-pool, a gazebo and a jacuzzi. On second floor is living space -a livingroom, a kitchen with a diningroom, two bedroom and two, small bathroom. This package include only 3 custom objects.

It's twin-houses for two sisters. One house is for very hot, aggresive girl. Second for romantic and quiet. Between houses is small bar with a casino by quietest sister.
