I'm 20 years old so it should be an adult sim. I normally do have some freckles on my face but I always wear a bit of makup so you don't see them that well, I have brown eyes and black hair. My skintone is'nt really light but not dark either so medium I guess XD And my upper lip is a bit smaller compared to my lower.
