Hi All--

I just wanted to make sure everyone is aware that this is the OLD version of my bodyshapes.  I left it here so people could use the old sizes until I got the new versions finished, however the new set does REPLACE the meshes found here.  Now that the new Hi-Res Bodyshape Base Series is finished, this set is effectively obsolete.  However, I will leave it up for posterity's sake.

Full instructions in the new sets will explain how to remove any conflicting Bodyshape v1 meshes when installing the Hi-Res set.

At long last, here is the 34DD Full-Body Base Set for the Hi-Res Bodyshape Project.  This set includes 8 outfits for each size of the 34DD Top, both Enhanced and Natural, for all hip sizes.  There is at least one outfit for every clothing category, so your DD sims should now have clothing for all occasions.

This set includes the following outfits, and the categories they appear in:

PajamasClassic (PJs)
Nightgown (PJs)
SwimwearSporty (Swimsuit)
Tracksuit (Workout)

I have packaged the outfits by Hip size, each .rar contains the Natural and Enhanced DD versions of all 8 outfits in the hip size labelled, for 16 files each.

NOTE- I have also included a 34DD_Full-Body_Base_Set_Cleanup file, which contains a batch script to delete the original DressLongTwo meshes from the first series, which will conflict with the new ones.  If you used my original 38DD Formals, run this script in the directory you placed them in, and it will delete them, after asking for confirmation.  Alternately, you can delete them manually.  These files are as follows:

Also note any outfits created for the original DD Dress will automatically use the new meshes, so they will not have to be recreated.

These outfits are recommended for use with my Hi-Res Bodyshape Bottoms and Tops Sizes Skintones and Nude Meshes, found in the Dungeon or at SexySims2, to allow them to keep their size when nude.  Also be sure to check out the Bottoms Set and the DD Top Separates, found here and at MTS2, check my profile at those sites for a list of links.

Feel free to modify and recolor these outfits any way you please, just link back/credit me for the meshes, and don't post to any pay sites.

Just a quick peek at what I'm working on...

I plan to release the full-body outfits in smaller sets than I did with the Bottom sizes, so these should be available before too long.

Hi Everybody!

I decided to release the clothing sets in smaller chunks for the tops sizes than I did for the bottoms, so I could get stuff to you folks faster.  So, here is the first of the 34DD Clothing sets, a selection of Top Separates, in both the Enhanced and Natural sizes.

These outfits will appear under Everyday-Tops for Adult Females.

For best results, use these in combination with a 34DD Skintone set found here: Hi-Res Nude Tops Set (InSIM Adult Access required).  They also work well with my various bottom sizes, also found at InSIM and MTS2.

To install, simply extract to your Downloads folder, or a subfolder if you own Nightlife or later.

*NOTE* The TShirt and Halter meshes here replace ones from my original BodyShape set, and will conflict with them.  To use the new versions, you must delete the following files:

Hi all--

Just thought you'd like to see the results of the initial clothing work I'm doing, starting with the 34DD sizes, both Enh and Nat.  Here's some shots of the Tshirt, one of the first original Bodyshape outfits I did way back when, with the new shape.  These will be included in the 34DD Starter Clothing set, which will include a number of outfits in different categories for the 34DD Top size, with all the bottom sizes where applicable.

Feedback is welcome!  

*UPDATE 5-26* Added some shots of the halter top and sweater set, now in testing.  I plan to release the 3 tops in DD Nat and Enh this weekend as a mini-set.

At long last, the first part of the new Hi-Res Female BodyShape Variety Set is complete.

This set includes a wide range of clothing for Adults and Teens, in all categories, for the following Hip sizes:
Adult: 32, 36, 38, 40
Teen: Sm, Lg, XL
 
In this set, all full-body outfits have the default Maxis 34B top size.
 
This set includes the entire initial outfit list for the adults, which will later include the various top sizes as well. The Teen sizes included here is a Starter Set, a small selection of clothing to get folks started. I will expand on this collection at a later time.

Also included in in "BodyShapes_Bottoms_Collections" are 4 Collection files, which are pre-filled with the appropriate clothing. These should go in your Collections folder in your MyDocs\EA Games\The Sims 2 folder. All other files should be extracted to Downloads like any other custom mesh/clothing.
 
I have also included the BottomTest family, seen previously in the Preview post here. This includes one Sim for each size, adult and teen. Please note I have all 3 expansions installed, so these will probably be required to install this family.
 
*IMPORTANT* These meshes WILL conflict with the previous BodyShape meshes for these sizes, due to a new naming system for the files. The "BottomSetMeshCleanup.rar" file contains a batch script that will delete any of my old meshes found in the directory it is run from. Simply extract this file to the folder you put your meshes in, and run it, and it will delete any meshes I have replaced in the new set. Please note this also includes the nude meshes, which have been uploaded in a separate post. The script will ask for confirmation before deleting anything. If you are not comfortable running a script, you MUST delete the following files for the new set to work properly:

NOTE: Regarding custom outfits based on previous meshes, all outfits will automatically use the updated replacement meshes, as I have only changed the filenames but not the internal references, so creators do NOT have to re-do any outfits they have created for these sizes, they will update automatically.

I've got pretty much everything done for the Hi-Res BodyShape Bottom Sizes collection.  Everything is being tested now to work out any last-minute bugs and make sure I'm satisfied with everything, but so far it looks pretty good.

Here's a few screenshots of the test family I created.  I will make this family/lot available to download if folks want to take it for a spin and see how it's all constructed without having to create the whole thing themselves.

The set includes 4 custom skintones for each size, all with the 34B Top and 32, 36, 38 and 40" hips.  There are a wide range of outfits available, separates and full-body, with at least one for each category as well, i.e. 1 Swimsuit, 1 Underwear, 2 PJs, 5 or 6 Formals, and quite a number of everyday combos between the separates and the full-body dresses.

Keep watching this space, the release is extremely close... :animal:

Here's some screenshots of the Bottom Separates that will be included for the Teens in the upcoming Hi-Res BodyShape Bottom Sizes collection, sizes Sm, Lg and XL.

The initial release will also include at least one of each outfit type (PJ's, Underwear, Swim, etc) for the teens in each size.  I will do a more extensive Teen collection in the various sizes at a later time, but I wanted to include some basics in the beginning for people to play with.

Hi All--

I'm in the home stretch now for the initial release... I have just completed the adult outfits I plan to release in the Hi-Res BodyShape Collection Bottoms Base Set.  There is at least one outfit for every category of clothing in all 4 custom Bottom sizes, 32-40, with several in most categories.  Combined with all of the base-game Bottom Separates, there is a much wider selection of clothing for the bodyshapes than ever.

All that remains to do is a few outfits for the Teens to include in the initial package (Teens will be more fully completed later, but I want some basics released to start), and to put together some skintone files to use the new sizes.

For now, here's some shots of all the full-body outfits that will be included, in some of the various sizes.  These are all with the default 34B top.

After a lot of thinking, and realizing just how much time and effort I've been putting into my BodyShape Projects, and the popularity of them, I've decided to set up a PayPal link where folks can make donations if you'd like.

After a brief (OK, long) hiatus from meshing while I spent some time in Tamriel battling the forces of Oblivion  :animal: , I am back at work on the BodyShape project.  As I've said, I plan to release the full range of Bottom sizes first, with all Bottom Separates and Full-Body outfits in 32, 36, 38 and 40" Hips, with the default top size on the full-bodies.  Well, as of now the Separates are finished and in testing, and I have begun the full-body outfits, and I thought you'd all like a peek

So without further delay, here's a variety of outfits in the full range of hip sizes!

Hi All--

I'm looking for some feedback from everyone on how I should proceed with the base sizes on the new series, based on what people would like first.  I'm currently working on the 34DD Enhanced set, with all bottom sizes 32-40, and I plan to do the 34DD Naturals next, then release the whole set as the 34DD package.  After those are finished, which sizes would you like to see next?  I'll basically start work on whichever is rated highest at the time I begin the next set.

Also the 34B Defaults (the Maxis base) will be released first, since I have to get the new Bottoms out there before I can release the Top sizes, so those won't be on the list.

It just occurred to me that I have not posted any shots of the bottoms I've completed, which will be the first thing to be released.  Here's a taste, the basic Flaired Pants Sandals mesh, in all sizes 32 thru 40.  I've included the default 34 for comparison.

I will post the nudes in the adult section here.

Just a quick update to show you all I haven't forgotten about you

Here's some screenshots of the nude base meshes for the Teen sizes, which will be included in the Adult size sets as appropriate.  These are still Works-in-progress, I still have to work on the seams and some odd texture alignments, but this shoud give you an idea of what I'm trying to do.

The Top sizes will be A, C and D, with the default being B.  Bottoms will be Sm, Lg and XL, with the default being Med.

Here's a nice big 2048x2048 UV map for the Hi-Res top and detail bottom mesh, by request.  These can be used to help line up your skintones properly.  I made them larger to help see the detail of the mesh in the tighter areas.
