try http://www.JD-movies.com - it has ingame animation poses. there are some paintings here at insim also, which have ingame poses/animations. they're under mods and hacks in custom downloads. also, this creator at TSR (http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/sims2/sets/objects/708905/) made "throwing magic" poses.
