I may make an adult career out of this but its hard for me to see an adult as a gangster, i think the mafia career did that just fine. anyway, this was made strictly for teens therefore no custom reward and the employment titles are as follows:
Initiate-$50 member-$80 Soldier-$120 Has its own GUID, Chance cards and wont overwrite anything. I have tested it and it works perfectly. Any issues let me know asap and ill fix it. A some not all teen gang members go on to be some type of criminal be it drug dealer ,car thief , and the list goes on ,and on.
