Hey guys! It's my first upload here, and hopefully not my last. I've finally got Milkshape, and I've kinda started meshing. I know, my meshes are a bit crummy at the minute, but hopefully they'll get better Here is my first mesh: Ugg Short boots on a nude body, so you can put skinny jeans or shorts on it, or even use it as sleapwear. I know my textures are crappy, but I want you to get your textures on it! Please recolour, retexture, anything really with this mesh, but DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES upload to a paysite or the exchange. If there are any problems with either the mesh or the packaged file please let me know asap. Models' Hair by ChazDesigns at TSR, comes with the Victoria Beckham sim Models' skin by @Stefan (It's the Rihanna skin) Model by me Enjoy!

Simmers' Paradise / Content Creation & Recoloring Help / Some help with GIMP please...

So I've had GIMP a while and it works fine. When I load it up, I get the usual 2 screens, one that shows the layers and brushes, and one that shows the tools, such as blur, paintbrush and so on. Well, I loaded up GIMP today, and the screen that shows the layers and brushes is gone, and when I click on a tool on the other screen, I don't get information on what brush I'm using, or like how effective I want the blur or smudge or whatever I want to be. How can I get them back to their normal places? Thanks x

Thanks Beos. I was thinking yes, but it's just I've gotta find £15-ish somewhere lolz. I really want it, because I think my skills can improve, and I want to give something back to the community. Hopefully I'll have it soon

I agree, Maxis clothes for The Sims 2 are shockingly bad. I mean, H&M Stuff pack makes a HUGE improvement if you don't dowload, but they still haven't got the element of style into the clothes. They need to look at major fashion retailers, such as Topshop, Topman, River Island, Abercrombie Etc. and get some ideas from them. Maxis are not doing themselves a favour with the clothes they present us with, and it needs to be sorted out, hopefully in The Sims 3, whenever it comes out. But hey, that's just my opinion

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Discussion / Milkshape

Hey guys. Back in June I got MS3D for the first time. I made a few meshes, put some peeptoe heels on some short dresses. Just small mesh projects. The trial ran out after the 30 days, as it does, and I felt like I still wanted to make meshes. Do you think it's worthwhile me buying Milkshape? I know it's only $30, but I just wanna know if you think I should get it. If I do, I'll obviously be starting new things, trying things out, cuz the only think I've ever tried is Adult Female body meshes. Thanks for your response, x
