YOu can use SimPE to change the lot zoning.  I did this and have been playing for several days with no problems. Back up your files before you start. If you need instructions on how to do this I posted a message on Yahoo with instructions.

Just downloaded the updated file and now it works for me. No more sandcastles. Thank You very much.

I pulled all of my mods except that one and they are still building like mad. Good idea though.

I reinstalled BV and still can't get it to work. It could be my system. I only have two EP's installed, Nightlife and Bon Voyage. I solved my problem by building a fence around the beach area and locking the gate. Now I control when they go to the beach and things are back to normal. Thanks for your effort and all of the great things you do for the Sim community.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes to answer your question, cc is enabled. I am using it on a residential beach front lot in a custom hood. Would that make any difference? I really want this to work because without it my sim will not do anything else. Makes residential  beach lots almost  unplayable. Also I had it in a test sub folder and I moved it to the main download folder but still no joy.
