Title: camera view problem
Post by: trash_ on June 27, 2007, 07:36:45 pm
ive noticed that i cant go too close with the camera (moving the mouse and using the arrows) to an object/sim, close to the ground, i dont mean very close, like for example i could never get a very close view of the face a toddler that is sitting on the floor, or a dog. i cant also get a "vertical" camera view when in building mode, so im never able to see an...aereal perspective, and i remember i could do it before

does anybody have an idea why is this happening?

Are you using the in-game cameraman mode or a mod? The normal, ingame one doesn't let you get too close without clipping. Personally, I use Gunmod's Camera mod (from MTS2). Lets me get niiiice and close.

In build mode, there's an icon of a square you can click to change your view from straight on to aerial. I hope that makes sense. It's kind of hard for me to show without a screen cap.
