Far as i know you cant resize your texture when working in bodyshop, only with Simpe afterwards.

Just make sure you save your file a 24bit bmp.
If you cant figure it out you always can try to rebuild the texture with Simpe after export from bodyshop with the help of the Nvidia plugin.

Delete the whole folder(sims 2) with everything in it.
Backup your CC and neighborhoods if you want to keep them.

If this doesn't do the trick it is prolly related to your comp.
You also could make a new useraccount on that pc and start the game from that one.

If you save your new build png you choose ''save for web'' (in PS that is)
Save it as 24bit

It can not override every blockfoot mesh, just one.

Looking at the shape i think its DOEreoh's Inebriant 34c SexyBum.
But i cant recall he/she ever made a replacement with sexyfeet

When building the texture(in Simpe) with the Nvidia plugin you use DXT5 but before you click commit you change the format to RAW8bit.

Think its a bit difficult as the babyhair replacement isn't really babyhair but a update and replacement of the toddler hair file(and linked to both)

hmm, dont think its one of mine and neither from Franny as i cant recall she ever made replacements.

One that causes problems ingame.
And the name of the mesh i need to install to make the outfit work.
