Everyone had an issue with that and Peggy has fixed it. You can find it here.

Thanks Nyane! Hi there!

Yeah, it's boxy, and I have hanging ceilings, but I love the view and the hurricane retention ponds. Hope EA fix the ceiling problem, but I am ignoring it now.

Have their own path to the beach. Man my sims are lucky.

Sunken Livingroom and Masterbedroom

I love this lot. Wish I could live here!

I would live in Florida, on the beach to have a view like this!

For only 78500 simoleons! I could afford that.  Cheesy Moving my self-sim's family here when I get to play!

I didn't have problems with Peggy's hair til I updated the Awesomemod. I have read the thread on this at MATY, from what I understand, EA allowed a certain number of vertices that Peggy's hair has exceeded. She has to reduce that I guess.

EDIT: Peggy said she updated and fixed the file. Her new build is dated yesterday.

Just had the same problem Care. Strange, as I didn't have any problems with the hair and patch til I updated Awesomemod this morning, then I got crashes. Took it out and everything is fine.

To Rorsdors: do you have the s3rc to fix Sim3Pack downloads? I use that on all my objects I have to use the launcher to put in the game. Otherwise, it will not download. You can find it here. I can't install without it.

Also remember, if you used other mods that overwrite the original files, then you must pull the mod and put the original back in. For example, the camera mod by Aikea Guinea overwrites the VideoCamera.ini. I wasn't successful til I took that out. Oh yeah, I took out my Mod file and Resource.cfg to desktop til I patched the game.

Once I installed everything (including Awesomemod version from 6/24 6:24am) and it loaded, I was able to play. There are some having problems with loading and Pes directed them to 3Booter, maybe that will help.

Here you go Chaavik, enjoy!

I am sitting here with tears in my eyes, mourning Michael Jackson, The King of Pop. Major, serious fan here. I am listening to my favorite song "Dear Michael", popular in the 70's during my high school days and when I had a major crush on him. Remembering kissing his album cover "Off the Wall" along with Prince and Peter Frampton. All I can say to you babe... Rest In Peace dear prince. Love you!

Okay, here is one of my pudding containers I use on Song Avenue, across from the beach. It has big windows to enjoy the view of the ocean and rich earth of their world. Smiley

Amenities: 2 beds, possible for 3, 2.5 baths, open-plan livingroom, dining, and kitchen. Basement garage parking for one car, bike, exercise room, pool.

I love that also Chaavik. Don't worry about leaving room in the garage since the sims don't get the cars there.  Wink

Just a little modern build across the street from the beach.

Very nice, can I move in Smiley

LOL!  Cheesy  Heck, I want to move in!

Great view from this bedroom, finally got the how to have "Beautiful Vistas"  on a lot. Had to tear one down and build this one.

73  The Sims 3 / Sims 3 Buzz / Re: I love the Sims 3. . .an honest review from a veteran Simmer on: June 25, 2009, 07:10:54 am
I know what you mean, Chaavik. When I play certain households, I could have up to 5 or 6 sims out on the town, trying to keep up with them is a total challenge. I like it though. Smiley

It's not Sims 2, nothing can be like that. I think after a year of modders doing their thang, This game can be remarkable to play.
74  The Sims 3 / Sims 3 Buzz / Re: Sims 3 Engery mod? on: June 25, 2009, 07:07:59 am
I use Awesomemod, which has the "testingcheatsenabled", so I do is let them sleep for a while, then slide that energy bar up. We have things to do, no sleeping all day!
75  The Sims 3 / Sims 3 Pictures / Re: Breathtaking Screenshots on: June 21, 2009, 08:51:44 pm
I love looking at the lighthouse too, it is gorgeous Chaavik.

That's why my sims live by the beach. I love looking out the window of the dining area.

The sunroom in this house have perfect view of the river in Riverview. I got to use this lot.
