I haven't uploaded anything in quite some time, college and work take up so much of my time, but I have been simming over winter break, and I wanted to share a house I built, inspired by some of the homes I've seen in my grandparents' neighborhood in central Florida. Ideal for a small family, or young couple.
Details: Medium-Sized One Story Home Unfurnished 39,655 simoleons 3x5 lot Decent sized backyard for a pool perhaps?:toothy8: 2 car garage Master Bedroom/Master Bath 2 Bedrooms 1 Bath Dining Room Living Room Kitchen Basement (Not too common in Florida homes, but I like basements :smt120: ) NO CUSTOM CONTENT, based on the simple fact that there is too much good stuff out there and I couldn't possibly list and link everything I use in my houses, but you will need Nightlife for the driveways. (Let me know if there are any other problems, because I have up to Pets installed but I don't think I used any content from University or Pets.)
